Why is the share buyback provision no longer available?

The aim of WeShop has always been to enable our community to own shares in the company which can then be added to a portfolio or sold once the company has been listed, on a recognised stock exchange.

For a limited time, WeShop took the decision to purchase shares from our community. The community voted in favour of halting the share buyback provision to enable WeShop to continue to invest in and grow the business for the wider community.

WeShop does not provide investment advice and individual investors should make their own decisions or seek independent advice. The value of investments can go down as well as up.
