Customer Service Opening Hours

If you have a problem with your account, or a query about WeShop that you couldn't find in the WeShop Helpdesk. You can contact our customer support team to help resolve your query.

Our UK customer support team are available from 09:00 - 18:00, Mon-Fri.

Customer service agents are not available on UK bank holidays or weekends. If you send us a message outside of these hours, the WeShop Virtual Chatbot might be able to answer your query. If the Virtual Chatbot couldn't answer your query, then a member of the team will respond to your message as quickly as possible.
