Occasionally the tracking of your purchase will fail to complete, this can happen for a variety of reasons.

You're using a browser that blocks cookies
This can happen if you're using a browser like Brave, or Firefox Developer Edition.

You have used a discount codes
If you use a discount code your purchase will be attributed to the person/business that generated the discount code, and as a result it won't be reported to WeShop and you want qualify for shares.

You have paid using reward points
If you use rewards points your purchase will be attributed to the business associated to the points, and as a result it won't be reported to WeShop and you want qualify for shares.

You have paid for your purchase using a Buy Now Pay Later provider
If you use a buy now/pay later service such as Klarna you are unlikely to earn shares on your purchase. The amount of shares you earn is based on the retailer confirming the price you have paid for the item at the time of purchase.

You've not accepted our cookie consent
In order to enable the tracking cookies, you'll need to accept our cookie consent.

You didn't buy the product quick enough
Sometimes the product purchase has a minimum time-frame from click to purchase, so you'll need to buy it as soon as you click the link when you're ready.

You haven't made the purchase via the retailer's UK website
If you are outside of the UK when you make the purchase you may not be directed to a retailer's UK website which will result in your purchase failing to earn shares.
